Shardonnay Wine & Gin Bar will mark International Pinotage Day with an evening designed for wine lovers.
Pinotage, South Africa’s signature grape, was first created in 1925 by crossing Pinot Noir with Cinsault, with the first vintage bottled in 1941. Since then, it’s become known for its bold character and depth of flavour.
To celebrate, Shardonnay will be serving a tasting of three handpicked Pinotages, perfectly paired with biltong, for only K600 per person. It’s a chance to savour distinctive wines in a setting that feels both relaxed and refined.
