Reservations: Reserve your bowl here
Zambia's only Japanese restaurant is doing something it rarely does. For one week only, Musubi in Longacres is serving ramen, a rich pork broth bowl limited to just 30 portions a day. If you have been looking for authentic Japanese food in Lusaka, this is the week to go. The regular menu is also available, but ramen is the draw. Once the 30 bowls are gone, they are gone for the day.
Good to Know: 30 bowls per day only. Arrive early to avoid missing out (closed Mondays)
Who It's For: Lovers of Japanese culture, Japanese food lovers in Lusaka, anyone curious about authentic ramen ( just wanting to cosy up with some ramen), and regulars who want to try something new on the menu.
Good to Know: Limited to 30 bowls per day. No guarantees if you arrive late in the day.
Who It's For: Ramen lovers, Japanese food regulars, and anyone who's been waiting for a bowl of the good stuff in Lusaka.
