Whether you're up for a day of hiking or a full weekend of camping, this is your chance to unplug, explore, and enjoy great company under the stars.

Event Dates:

• Day Hike: Friday, 18th April 2025

• Camping: Friday 18th – Sunday 20th April 2025

Meeting Point:

• Levi Shopping Mall (StayEasy Hotel side)

• Meeting Time: 05:00 – Departure in convoy

Options:

Day Hikers

• Join us for a beautiful 4-hour hike, taking in the fresh air and scenic views. Then, return to Lusaka by 14:00 the same day.

Campers

• Spend the weekend surrounded by nature. You'll hike, swim, enjoy a peaceful boat cruise, play team games, share stories by the fire, and unwind in good company. Return to Lusaka by 13:00 on Sunday, 20th April.

• Tent Space Hire (shared, limited availability): K430
  Please note: Tent hire includes space in a shared tent (2 people per tent, same gender). Camp mattress not included.

Day 1 – Friday, 18th April

• 05:30 – 06:30: Drive from Lusaka to the camp site

• 07:00 – 12:30: Hike (Day hikers return after this)

• 12:30 – 14:30: Campers set up tents

• 14:30 – 16:30: Swimming and shower hour

• 16:30 – 18:30: Dinner preparation

• 18:30 – 21:30: Dinner around the campfire & board games

Day 2 – Saturday, 19th April

• 06:00 – 08:00: Shower hour

• 08:00 – 09:30: Breakfast

• 10:00 – 12:00: Boat cruise

• 12:30 – 14:00: Lunch

• 14:00 – 16:00: Team-building games

• 16:00 – 17:00: Shower hour

• 17:00 – 18:00: Dinner preparation

• 18:00 – 21:30: Campfire dinner, storytelling & awards

• 21:30: Lights out

Day 3 – Sunday, 20th April

• 06:00 – 06:30: Morning 3K walk/run

• 07:00 – 09:00: Shower hour

• 09:00 – 10:00: Breakfast

• 10:00 – 11:00: Pack up camp

• 11:00: Depart for Lusaka
